Good or bad, a resolution is always required - it allows us to learn.

By monitoring resolutions to incidents, Merlin will adapt profiles and processes, resulting in new rules, and we can look for adverse conditions.

A resolution can also assist in the analysis of performance.

Motor Accident involving company car (scene can be expanded as necessary)

Your plan could be
  • Check Injury Status of People - Open new Profile for each person.
  • Inform Insurance Company.
  • Check driver has gathered images and details of all those involved. Upload if necessary using vehicle operator app.
Motor Accident Resolution

  • Injury Status of People - .One person injured, new profile opened and parked awaiting resolution.
  • Insurance company dealing with claim.
  • Check driver has gathered images and details of all those involved. Upload if necessary using vehicle operator app - passed to insurer.

    Resolution - Minor Accident, Police not involved, minor injury claim, insurance dealing.

Your plan could be
  • Set Audio Warning for Zone of Building affected - Auto - Closed
  • Set Warning to be ready for evacuation from Zone adjacent - Auto - Closed
  • After investigation confirm with Fire Authority that alarm activated and that response is or is not required.

    Resolution - Fire alarm, cause - smoke from external source. Fire Service not attended.
