This page informs you about the data we collect, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our site or in the downloading of our application via Apple Store or Google Play.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the application, or in setting up a user registration of the Effro login. By using the application or continuing with the download of the Effro application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use.
While using our Site, or downloading our application we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, E-mail address and a personally assigned username and password. Our applications will ask only for a username and a password, and sometimes a unique PIN code (that you set secretly) but may also gather data from your device deemed necessary for the application to work correctly, including GPS, battery status, network information, and geolocation.
Log Data.
Like many applications Effro collects data.
This Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with information that may inform you of recent updates to applications or advancements in its capabilities, but only for that purpose.
Cookies.
The Effro application does not use Cookies.
Security.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will never call you or solicit you in any way to ask for login information. We shall not call you nor shall we request any Pin numbers. If someone does call you they are not us and you should report that instance to admin@initsys.net and your supervising employer immediately.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this document/page.
