Modern Alarm Receiving Stations must monitor more than just intruder alarms - CCTV and audio must also be included.
The Initsys VerifiedAlarms network will allow intruder alarms to work with both CCTV and audio giving control rooms the flexibility to use all types of available information to provide the highest level of protection to people and property. CCTV with optional audio is the only really effective way to determine when an alarm is geniune. It avoids the need to call the Police or keyholders when alarms are seen to be false as well as enabling the provision of a faster response when they are genuine.
The Initsy network does this by using IP technology to link alarm message with images from CCTV cameras installed in the same zone. These can be installed without a local recording device as the images are stored in the network on our servers - this makes the installation of virtually false alarm free security inexpensive and exceptionally effective.
In addition to false alarm prevention, Initsys ARC software is compatible with many commonly used DVRs from a wide range of manufacturers including Guetebruck, Honeywell, Dedicated Micros, Cieffe, Panasonic and others.
The network can also cost effectively send CCTV images from almost any DVR to the control room in a common format using just a low cost black box. These images can be monitored by the Initsys Merlin system using either the built-in browser or external applications.
