Alarm Transmission with VerifiedAlarms network and Merlin.

The primary activity of any Alarm Receiving Station is to monitor intruder and other alarms. The Initsys VerifiedAlarms Network and Merlin ARC solution enable all types of alarm monitoring to be handled.

Initsys Merlin provides you with the ability to receive signals from derived channel type systems (Red Care in the UK), digital communicators and many wireless alarms. We focus on IP simply because it is simpler to install, cost effective and more reliable than most other forms of signalling.

VerifiedAlarms is directly compatible with IP-enabled Intruder alarm panels from leading manufacturers including GE, Honeywell, Coopers Security, Texecom and Jablotron. It requires no seperate alarm transmitter to poll these panels to the requirements of EN50136. This Initsys system can also receive and process alarms from top level alarm transmission systems such as Emizon 21 and Terrier.

This provides a significant advantage for ARC operators as there is no longer a need for new alarm receiving equipment every time transmission standards change.

Initsys Merlin is currently being used to monitor a wide range of premises including banks, shops, homes and offices through to the highest security military locations.
