iRecord licences are created for each machine on which the software is loaded. Licences for iRecord Velocity are free and will only be granted via email. iRecord Azimuth is a paid for licence and it is issued once payment is received.

Both licences can be time based and will require periodic updating if unlimited is not selected. This is useful for maintenance control.

IAFe machines are supplied with a lifetime licence so will not require additional licences in the future.

The help menu of the software gives a link to use in sending the machine code and the user/organisation for the machine on which iRecord is running. It requires the email port being open on the connected network.

If email is not available, the machine ID code and user/organisation can be copied and sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The information required to licence your copy of iRecord will be returned to you.

The licence should be checked at regular intervals to ensure it remains in date. If the licence expires, the machine will no longer record or transmit alarms.
